Vocalist Nancy Ruth celebrates the release of her new CD It’s Got To Be Love with an entertaining night of jazz cabaret and songs she’s collected from her travels around the world.
Originally from Sidney, B.C., Nancy Ruth has enjoys a performance career which takes her to clubs, hotels, theatres and cruise ships around the world.
Nancy has worked with jazz pianist Bob Albanese in NYC, Panamanian composer Toño Ribera, she studied with flamenco cantaor Pepe Cañete in Spain, and guitarist Julen Fernández. She sings in many languages including Malay and Indonesian, and while in training she was a featured guest artist in the Palace of the Sultan of Brunei.
